The gameplay happens from a bird's-eye view. There's some very subtle soft shading, else everything is very flat. Mostly white backgrounds with primary color accents, much like Nippon's national flag. The gorgeous presentation is striking, very minimalistic and clean. The title is spot on, this game is all about drifting. Gameplay is still super fun and top notch. The story itself is brief, but they added some arena modes (survival, hostage rescue, etc) and tons of challenges, which are all nice value adds. The open world sandbox isn't as rich as in the main game, although most of Seattle is available and there's still plenty to do. First Light is her tragic origin story: a bleak tale well told. inFAMOUS First Light (PS4, 2, 6 hours)įetch and her neon power were pretty great in the main game Second Son and I also enjoyed this standalone prequel. The options to customize your character are limited but welcomed. So just DO NOT USE THE UNBIND option and take care if you want to customize the controls. The only resolution found after utilizing this option was to erase all game data through the Fire TV Settings menu, which means all progress will be lost. The controls are customizable and includes an option labeled 'Unbind All Joysticks.' DO NOT UNBIND ALL JOYSTICKS as it is believed that this option was designed for touch screens or mouse use and if selected will render all Fire TV controller button useless in the game.
